Atelphobia is the fear of not being good enough.

People are never sure on what to say when it comes to the description of their life, however it becomes more easier as they percieve things through someone elses eyes. Spend a day in someone elses shoes and save a day in someone elses home trying to explain that specific reason why you, yourself are asking the mirror why you did things and what did you do them for. Take time out to identify yourself. If it's more of a chore than a hobby then you know it's time to spice up your compound, whether it be through music, writing, taking pictures, taking walks or just talking to your best friend, just know that each person is unique to their body. Your unique ID is your fingerprint. Your hands are the root to all persona.
